個人的な解釈ですが訳してみました

I woke the other day
And saw my world has changed

ある日起きたら世界が変わっていた
The past is over but tomorrow‘s wishful thinking

過去は過ぎ去ったが明日には希望がある
I can‘t hold onto what‘s been done

過ぎたことはどうにもならないし
I can‘t grab onto what‘s to come

これからなにが起こるかは選べない
And I‘m just wishing I could stop, but

時が止まって欲しいと思うが、、

Life goes on

人生は続いてゆく
Come of age

成長もする
Can‘t hold on

止められはしない
Turn the page

ページはめくられる

Time rolls on

時間は過ぎて行く
Wipe these eyes

涙を拭け
Yesterday laughs

昨日の笑顔
Tomorrow cries

明日の悲しみ

Memories are bittersweet

記憶とは苦くも甘い
The good times we can‘t repeat

良い時は繰り返さない
Those days are gone and we can never get them back

日々が過ぎ去れば取り戻すことは出来ない
Now we must move ahead

さあ前に進もう
Despite our fear and dread

恐怖や脅威があったとしても
We‘re all just wishing we could stop, but

時が止まって欲しいと思っていようとも

Life goes on

人生は続いていく
Come of age

成長していく
Can‘t hold on

止められはしない
Turn the page

ページはめくられる

時間は過ぎて行く
Wipe your eyes

涙を拭け
Yesterday laughs

昨日の笑顔
Tomorrow cries

明日の悲しみ

With all our joys and fears

喜びも畏れも
Wrapped in forgotten years

過ぎ去ってしまった時間に包まれて
The past is laughing as today just slips away

過去は今日が過ぎるのを笑ってる
Time tears down what we‘ve made

時は僕らが作り上げたものを切り裂いて
And sets another stage

新たなステージに連れて行く
And I‘m just wishing we could stop

時が止まって欲しいと願うけれど
